Sorry about the poor quality of the picture. Both cats were sitting on the arm of the sofa next to Wes. Obie started to get frisky (as he frequently will) and Little Kitty turned around, took a swipe at him, and jumped off. The grey stuff by his mouth is a huge tuft of Little Kitty's hair! Seems he deserved the swipe!

Here is Obie sleeping in his favorite spot - under the bed. I can often hear him snoring below me. Our bed in Dublin doesn't have this storage space and the cats are going to be very disappointed!

The theme of the week this week was the 7 Deadly Sins. I picked 'gluttony' because, well, it was the easiest one for me to do! It's been a busy week so unfortunately I couldn't get too creative. However, I couldn't have picked more perfect subjects for the picture!

No surprise he's mastered this ball which produces bits of food for him. Little Kitty has no interest in it, unless you're dumping some of the food out for her. She's such a diva!

At the advice of Carrie and Gavin I bought this ridiculously expensive comb to help with Obie's matting issue. It cost me $38 and this is the small cat sized one! As you can see it works. This is the hair I got from just around Obie's neck! Hopefully there will be no more shaving appointments!

Now my cats are not 'cat toy' animals. Little Kitty loves her paper balls, and Obie, well, he likes to ruin a good game of paper ball. I don't waste my money on buying them toys they don't use. So, my lovely neighbor at my old flat bought my cats this toy to play with. They batted it around for a day, smelled the cat nip in it for awhile, then it lost its luster. Imagine my surprise when about a year later they rediscovered it! They can't get enough of it and they play with it like crazy! Strange.
