I have committed to losing this much weight during the month of August. I know I can do it, I just have to stay focused! I'll be doing a cross between the low GI diet and Weight Watchers. Both were successful for me in the past (especially WW). I'll also be changing up my gym routine and trying to make it more like the routine I had in the US. Wish me luck!

Good luck! I've lost 3 lbs on South Beach... but I do miss the carbs. :(

Wes was intrigued by your diet. First of all, we both couldn't work out why you two are doing it! And the idea of giving up carbs...well my potato loving Irishman couldn't wrap his brain around that one!

we're on this "get healthier" kick and trying to lose those last few lbs. but carbs are back! In moderation of course. ;)

Well done for setting a goal! You can definitely do it. I was sailing along on WW, but I seem to have hit a brick wall at the moment. All I want to do is EAT!!!
